The SCI file format is proprietary which means that you have the possibility to open it only with the software that created the file in the first place. Secondly, there are no converters available to convert from SVG to SCI format. I've checked various websites and they all provided the same information. SCI format is available for opening only with the ScanVec Inspire.
I keep getting this message while I try to plot. I use Scanvec Inspire 1.6 and an Ana Express Cutting plotter. Can you help?

The first thing you need to check is the Print Spooler service. It's the service that handles the communication between your computer and the devices. Go to Start > Run > services.msc. Locate it on the list then right click it and choose Restart. After this procedure, attempt to plot again. Secondly, go to Device Manager and check for driver's installation. If you see any yellow items, right click them, then choose Update Driver. Make sure you are connected to the Internet while doing this. The last step is to check if the devices are working good. Press POWER and keep the button pressed for 5-15 seconds to completely clear the memory.
I use the Inspire l.6 and had not had any problems, now I cannot plot from my program. I also have Flexi and I can plot from it. Where can I look for the problem?

If you're using a Windows system, you might need to restart the Print Spooler. It's possible that printing is affected by this service. For example, printing or any other operation is not possible on a Windows computer if the Print Spooler is disabled or has some errors.
Go to Start > Run > type services.msc and locate Print Spooler. Right-click it and restart it. Additionally, use Properties and configure automatic restart in the Recovery tab.

You can obtain a serial number through the contact page offered by the developer. The official website doesn't provide any information related to modules registration, but there is a page where you can get in touch with the developer in order to obtain downloads or registration number.
